Product Origin, Quality and Strengths
CBDology are an UK based manufacturer of CBD products. We only use CBD extracted from the highest quality hemp from licensed EU hemp farms.
Natural
The hemp from these farms is natural hemp, grown without the use of chemical fertilisers or pesticides, which ensures our products are clean and therefore safe.
QC
Because we are the manufacturer as well as the wholesaler and retailer, we have a total grip on batch quality control. Each batch of CBD is lab tested at an independent analytical laboratory in Europe and the data is published here on our website.
Beware misleading strength claims
When CBDology quotes the CBD concentration percentage of our products, for example 500mg we are referring JUST to the CBD content. We are not referring to the presence of other, far less beneficial cannabindoids such as CBDa. Many suppliers quote for example 500mg but when you look at the break down on their lab analysis data, it might be something like only 200mg CBD and 300mg CBDa. This means it is not as strong as our 500mg CBD oil dose-for-dose because CBDa is far less beneficial compared with CBD.
As an example, our 5% / 500mg product contains 500mg pure CBD so delivers far greater health benefits, like for like.
Worse still – you see the too-good-to-be-true prices on Ebay and Amazon? This is because there are many fraudsters marketing CBD products on these platforms, many of which have a far less than advertised CBD content, and sometimes no CBD in them at all. If it looks too cheap to be true then it probably is.
