Delivery - We offer the following shipping options

UK Customers – shipping from our UK warehouse

  • All orders placed before 3pm UK time Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm will despatch the next working day, except orders placed on Friday after 3pm which will be despatched on the Monday.

      • 1st Class (untracked, 1-3 days) - £3.00 (Free for orders over £50.00)
      • Signed for 1st Class (Tracked, 1-3 days) - £4 (Free for orders over £60.00)
    • UPS Express Saver Next Day Tracked Delivery (arrives next working day between 8am and 12 noon)
      • Orders less than £49.99 – £9.00
      • Order £50.00 to £99.99 - £6.00
      • Orders over £100 – Postage FREE

    • UPS Next Day Tracked Delivery (arrives next working day between 8am and 6pm)
      • Orders less than £49.99 – £5.00
      • Order £50.00 to £99.99 - £2.50

EU Customers, except UK – shipping from our Netherlands warehouse

  • All orders placed before 14pm CET European time Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm will despatch the next working day, except orders placed on Friday after 3pm which will be despatched on the following Monday.

Returns and Cancellations
Any order can be cancelled before it has been despatched and a full refund is given. Please notify us of cancellations by phone or email.
We can also accept cancellations up to 7 days after you have received your order, of unopened and still sealed products. Return shipping is at the customer’s
expense and when we receive the products back unopened and in good condition a full refund will be provided, including the original outward bound postage cost.
To arrange a return please notify us by email within 7 days of receipt of the order, and we will provide return shipping instructions.

Please note, we also offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If you genuinely feel that the CBD product you bought from us didn't help at all, after following our recommended dosing instructions for 30 days, then we will give you a refund of the product cost (but not of the shipping cost).
